Pat dry the salmon fillets, combine all the spices in a small bowl, and rub seasoning all over the salmon fillets.
Heat oil in a large heavy-duty skillet. Place salmon fillets in the skillet and cook 4 minutes per side. Transfer the salmon to a plate and set aside.
Add butter and onion to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until translucent and lightly golden. Add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Next, add heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan. Stir until combined. Taste the sauce and adjust the salt to your liking.
Return salmon to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Turn off heat and garnish with basil and a fresh drizzle of lemon juice.
